I liked the communication regarding concerns about pets, health and longlasting effects of the products discussed prior to the first treatments of our home. Our guy Thomas was exceptional and looked into some of the odd questions rarely asked like if the chemicals used would interact with the oxidation caused by our uv air filtration systems used due to medical issues. There were concerns about the effects on our pets and plants, those concerns were put to rest. We look forward to our continued service with Terminix and Thomas.

Noah does an excellent job, he is very diligent in his work both inside and out. If we should see a bug, Terminex will come back out at no cost to us. Noah has been serving our home for several years and we trust him inside our home

The cost of Terminex protection services is a personal financial choice.. I'm sure one can go for less expensive coverage, but a recognized national brand lends a reassurance that we are covered by a reputable provider that is invested in a satisfied customer base.for the long term. The techs that come to my home are professional, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their feedback helps me to meet my part of the contract and forestall exposure. It is a great service.
