Okay next time you send an an appointment card it would be nice if the technician arrives at that scheduled time or call if he’s going to come earlier. Dog doesn’t stop barking and we could have taken it for a walk.

Service/inspection visits are very professional. Any issues noted are promptly investigated. Annual fee is well worth the services rendered. Have had no issues with termite or pest control coverages.
