I like everything about your services. Your office is well-run and friendly, with immediate responses from your staff. Your technicians always arrive on time or communicate very effectively if there’s a traffic problem that may cause them to arrive late — which we totally understand, and it doesn’t happen often. Your technicians, like Mr Noah who has served us most recently, are friendly and super-good at listening to us when we describe our pest situations. Mr Noah is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The treatments are very effective. I rejoice in how effectively your treatments control pests inside our house, even though the treatments are administered outside. We truly appreciate how Terminix has tamed our house and immediate surroundings, and Mr Noah has carried that out meticulously and contributed much to our peace of mind.

Even though I feel like I was let down by technicians who did not check mice bait boxes under my house and I got mice in my house, Terminix was on it once I reported it. Other than that I’ve been pest free since using their services. The technicians are easily identifiable and knowledgeable.
