senior pool exercise program is great.
Right now, the classes I take - Mat Pilates, Pilates on the Roller and Saturday Aerobics - are taught by good instructors and they work into my personal schedule.
Good hours and programs available to all members, with personalized attention available as needed. A decent selection of exercise machines and a well-appointed weight room.

Enhanced Fitness is perfect for me. The exercises are varied and suitable for my age group. Teachers are prompt, capable and friendly.

There are so many program to try and join. Times are variable so they can fit almost any schedule. The place is clean and very friendly. I feel very comfortable when I go to exercise.
