The South West YMCA has excellent instructors. Very knowledgeable. There is a great variety of classes. And the atmossphere is very positive.

Yoga and pilate classes. The clean, warm blankets, and the coffee. Hope the coffee machine can be extended to be available during opening hours.

Love the new High Fitness. Also appreciate teachers like Laura and Constance who have been sweeping the floors after TRX. This small effort keeps all the dirt and hairballs at bay!

The Southwest YMCA is family friendly and user friendly. Programs and Activities are clearly and thoughtfully advertised. Members make this community stronger with their input, thoughtful communication and dedicated presence. Yoga and children’s programs get very high marks. Ditto the aquatics programs.

I take water classes and think the teachers are awesome. Enjoy the staff at the desk also. They are very helpful and attentive. Always have a smile and address me by name when I enter. The pool is well kept and locker room always clean.
