The app! Helps me easily check schedules and my two local YMCA locations so that I can get in shape and stay in shape.
I also really like that the instructors engage the members and want to know their names.
Great instructors who are knowledgeable, approachable and cognizant of their community members’ needs.
I like all classes and the facility overall. My only complain would be, pool can be managed more professionally and young life guards can be more polite.
overall all programs are excellent!
Thanks
Close to home, gym is in good condition
The varieties and different time choices.
swimming
l like all the activities .
One question- can we clean swimming pool better? Sometimes I see dirts in the bottom of pool.
I really like the Healthy Weight for Life weight loss program with Rachel, personal training with Hailey Scola, and the friendliness of the staff. I feel a sense of community at the Y.
zumba on saturday and rachel's bootcamp and swim pool
Morning classes
Great fitness instructions, really good equipment, and very nice members!
Kids had fun in summer camps and will come back!
Number and variety of classes. Skill of class teachers.
I love the classes - my favorites are Glitz Dance and Pilates. My husband loves the treadmills and weights.
Excellent facilities. All of it is great.
Great variety of classes and the availability of child care makes them possible to attend. I really enjoy exercising outdoors and would love it if there were more classes in the Air studio.

Great yoga instructor Cindy P.
Please keep the floors in studio 2 cleaner.
I love some of the new classes like Pound and kids Parkour. I look forward to checking out the Kids Zumba and Yoga classes.
Great teachers! Love Diane, Pauline and John’s classes. Candace is a great sub.
Good pool programs!
I don't agree with how some of the money is spent. There is no handicapped door access from locker rooms to pool. Was promised that that would happen in July and now end of August and nothing. You've re-done pool area and installed new front door but no handicapped door access to pool. I am not handicapped but do know those who are and it makes it very difficult for them, especially the way current access is configured. And this isn't even mentioning if there is an emergency. I think this is a shame, if not illegal.
On a much smaller note, have asked several times if an additional wall clock can be installed in the weight room (where there used to be until it was removed to paint some slogan on the wall). I don't need a slogan while exercising, but I do need to know my timing. No big thing but apparently it must be. Meanwhile, all sorts of little fru fru things appear but things that are helpful for those of us who come every morning don't seem to count. For instance, there is now an umbrella over the lifeguard chair (but this is an indoor pool).
I like working out on the exercise equipment.
BollyX is my favorite. Bollywood Dance Aerobics classes, cardio and weight rooms.
A very nice place! and friendly and kindness staffs! But the shower room is old and I can't refresh at showrooms.
Mostly, I love the childcare because I can confidently leave my 4 year old and 5 month old at the kid’s club while I work out. Before I joined the Y, I was struggling to make time to work out because I couldn’t find a babysitter, but the Y makes it so easy, and Southwest Y in particular has the best Kid’s Club. I’ve gone to Other YMCA’s where it was dirty and the babysitters didn’t care about the kids. So I feel very lucky to have Megan and Sarah and the other Kid’s Club attendants.
Need more aqua exercise options after work
We love the water aerobic classes and using the gym.

The variety, the enthusiasm, the quality of the instructors.
