I love everything about the Y!!!
My husband uses the “Y” bicycles about 5 times per week.
I attend water exercise classes often 5 times per week and stretching yoga 3 times per week.

I like the swimming pool, the variety of classes and the fact that you get to walk outside to get from one activity to another. The facility has a neighborly feel to it. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and helpful .
There always is a staffer nearby to answer questions or just chat.

Sports for kids that are light and fun. Kids club. Quality instructors. A variety of classes. Friendly staff.
The staff is great
There are many varieties of fitness style classes at the Y. The classes are aerobic and strengthening. In addition to strength training and a variety of aerobic style classes such as Glitz Dance, Zumba, HIIT and Body Pump, there are a variety of mind-body classes such as various types of Yoga and Taichi. There are also alternatives to yoga such as body flow which includes Taichi, Pilates and Yoga all in one class. I attend all of these types of classes and all classes have helped me to obtain a good level of fitness. The classes have excellent instructors who are supportive and enthusiastic. The classes are offered during the mornings, afternoons and evenings as well as weekends.
The reasons I provide above are why I would highly recommend anyone to become a member of the Y.
You have things for all ages, abilities. I don't feel out of place
I love the yoga classes but the studios need to be swept more often (after every class). The floors can be so gross.
First name removed’s yoga class on Saturday mornings at 9am is great! First name removed is such a good instructor and also nicely accommodates everyone’s eide range of ability from newbie to expert.

Great instructors with variety of classes . I like the boot camp , piyo , yoga , various dance classes , TRX and bodypump.
I have a personal trainer three days a week, and the ones I’ve trained with are professional, educated in kinesiology, have great personalities, and I get a good workout.

Friendly and helpful staff. There are a variety of things to do. Depending upon my mood, I can workout individually in the equipment rooms or join a class.
The trainers are very good, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Full scale group exercise classes with teachers that are qualified AND caring. Pool. Diverse community of all ages and genders and cultures!

A program that fits my individual time commitments, a great staff, and the possibility for extra training should I need it.
