I like everything but the swim lessons take over the entire pool and we can’t swim
1. More Piyo and step classes, please.
2. Have some Yoga classes at 1 pm, not at 1:30 pm, please.
For the time being I use only the swimming pool and I love it. Of course the cold weather keeps me away but warm days are around the corner.

Great staff
Pam Laughlin is an amazing personal trainer. She meets me "where I am" without judgment, and guides and inspires me to work hard. By sharing her expertise and gently challenging me, she motivates me to achieve (surpass) my goals and have fun a the same time.
Variety of clases and friendly members and staff.
Marie Jager's classes which are excellent for people like me! I have various age-related conditions and her Therapeutic Yoga, Yoga for Osteoporosis. Balance, Foam Roller, and fundraising campaign classes keep me remain active and able to do many things I otherwise couldn't manage.
Meeting people in classes at the Y have connected me to the Saratoga-area community: I see friends from Y classes at the Library and while shopping locally. This social connectiveness helps keep me mentally healthy.
Finally, I benefitted from the Weight Loss Challenge classes. I lost about 45 pounds and have changed my lifestyle so that I haven't re-gained the weight. Hallelujah!
I am grateful to the Y for helping me be a very active senior adult.

I didn’t participate in the programs or activities. I used the weight room and the cardio room.

Good programs and friendly people
Great facilities. Lovely trainers. It's on my way to work. The only downside is when it's cold, I have to go outdoors. I have rarely been as happy with an ongoing charge to may account each month as I have been with the YMCA membership.

Love the exercise classes offered in the early morning (5:45am M-F) and weekend mornings. The instructors are excellent, especially Rachel, Laura, Mary Lynn (sad to see her go) and Harold.

The pool doesn't use excessive chlorine.
Facilities are well maintained
The yoga and Pilates classes are taught by well trained teachers. Good instruction and friendly vibe.
