I like the aqua classes. Many instructors are outstanding.
I’d like to see some improvements on the bicycle seats near the weight room. They are horribly uncomfortable. Would also like to see more Qi gong classes and NIA classes. They are fabulous for us senior members.

Great group exercises for all fitness levels
Just joined the Y and have really enjoyed my first week. My personal training session to get to know the circuit equipment with Sean was great. Everyone is friendly and says hi every time I go there. Looking forward to trying som group exercise classes and the pool.

drop in raquetball, swimming laps, weight machines, jacuzzi, and stretching rooms.
The teachers are kind and my daughter enjoys learning to swim.

I don't use your programs. However, I've heard from other members that the programs are excellent. I only use the weight machines and the treadmill.
I love the variety of classes and the quality of instructors and equipment that is available for the classes.
Love deep water aerobics, morning Pilates, and noonish yoga & enhanced fitness classes. I would like a morning or early afternoon Tai Chi class.
