Circuit training classes in gym and weight room. Trainers in weight room to answer questions. Led Mill Barre class, wide range if yoga classes scheduled up to 7/8:00.

I love the classes. There is not gym better than the ymca. I wish you had boxing classes.

I like to do yoga and I like the water classes. They help me relive joint pain and keep me moving. The classes make me feel better.

The programs covers for all ages and a lot of different level of exercise programs.
Plus the many different time slots that is widely available.

I am a handball player , so I like the handball courts and the surrounding cross training . The staff is very helpful and ready to help in most cases

The water aerobics classes are great. I appreciate having some at 6:30 PM. This is very convenient for people who work 8 to 5 PM. The staff is excellent, also.

I like the trainers the enthusiasm they have and encouragement and great role models. I'm sorry one of them had to leave because Silicon Valley is very expensive to live. It was great to have him , wherever he goes he will bless so many people. Thank you for all the equipment towels keeping it clean swimming pools, kind lifeguards. Like the idea that it's open for many hours to the public, thank you. I like the people who come to stay healthy, and speak good words, to each other. I like the staff when you arrive a smile and welcome you with friendly attitude. Thank you home away from home.
