Great classes for seniors.

Being greeted by a friendly person at the front desk. I love the aqua fitness programs, but they tend to be crowded. The instructors are energetic and make me smile. Very positive.

You Have a very big Variety of choices of exercise to Dance classes, and Swim Classes. Also like that you have Handball/ Racketball area rooms 4 to be exact and all staff are Outgoingly Helpful and Friendly. Still seeing what else you have available, still checking the Website. Parking to me is not an Issue either. Thank you.

my son is making great progress learning how to swim! The teachers are kind and and have a great terminology that connects to the kids to help them learn skills. Teachers are successful.

I love the fact that you have a hot tub and has done wonders for my lower back issues in just the two weeks I've been coming in. My doctor recommended I try hydro therapy for my lower back issues and I said I live in a studio and told him I have nowhere to put a hot tub and he told me about my insurance and one of the perks is free membership to the YMCA so I signed up and it's been great so far. Thank you for being there.

Love the swim lessons, however ….sometimes the indoor pools music is way too loud , it echoes inside .

Love all the Les Mills classes. All trainers and coaches are friendly and helpful.
