The aqua teachers are fun.  I wish there were more classes 10 am , 11 am and 2 or 3 pm.
The Land fitness and Senior fitness are also great!  The teachers are very enthusiastic!
My daughter loves her lessons! It’s a good mix of being able to play on their own and individual instruction
Great classes and community. Recently took yoga on Wednesday night and Body Pump on Tuesday night and both were really good and are helping me on my wellness journey.

please consider acquiring two or three additional recumbent bikes. They are popular.

Would love more HIIT style classes like the one Monday morning. With stations etc. in the evening as well.
Is it possible during the deep clean of the wellness center, to open the spin room so we can get in cardio?
Possible to get jump ropes so people can jump rope outside?
Right now many treadmills are broken, do we know when those will be fixed?

Instructors do well with all personality types of kids and find ways for the children to excel.
Group x coaches .. Al body pump and core excellent!! Suzzane body pump on Tuesday at 8:30 love it ! 6:30 am body pump Monday/Wednesday over the top awesome .. Love the young coach ! TRX on Tuesday and Wednesday so grateful!

I love the friendliness and inclusiveness of the Central Y. I love the diversity, including the range of ages.
My wish for the future:
- I do wish the class programs could be arranged so that some of the popular adult classes like the yoga classes could be moved to a bigger room. The classes are already capped at 25 in the MPB, but even then it's too crowded. 
- I also wish there could be more or different adult classes offered on Tuesday mornings, such as a Pilates or Body Balance class. I think either class would be well attended. There would also be room for a Pilates or Body Balance class from 9:30-10:30 in the Small Gym, if the current Free Play class could be moved to MPB. Right now the Small Gym space seems wasted on the size of the Free Play class.

Pool
really enjoy the aqua fitness sessions - also like the weight machines
I like using the indoor pool for physical therapy and sometimes join the water exercise classes.
I planned on taking Zumba on Monday evenings and also doing aqua fitness in the near future. I have a job that requires me to work three to four times a week during the day. It can be challenging to attend classes in the early or late afternoon at times. The YMCA notification app is very useful for my schedule and keeping me updated on events and emergency notifications.

room are not too clean (like the one where yoga takes place)

I like to Swim in the pool also like how I don’t have to wait to use the machines and everyone is more friendly then other gyms I have been to and I also like the Retro feel amazing staff no complaints

I love the fact that you have a deep water, indoor, pool which is generally warm. While the 6:15am class is way too early for my levels of daily fatigue, I still try and make that class at least once or twice a week to aid my fitness efforts.
Your staff is very friendly. Your location is currently convenient to get to.
