I don't use your programs. However, I've heard from other members that the programs are excellent. I only use the weight machines and the treadmill.
I love the variety of classes and the quality of instructors and equipment that is available for the classes.
Love deep water aerobics, morning Pilates, and noonish yoga & enhanced fitness classes. I would like a morning or early afternoon Tai Chi class.

I enjoy using the treadmill and the weight equipment.
Please do not change the weight equipment to eGYM. I stopped going to Southwest YMCA because they replaced much of the equipment to eGYM. I tried them and hated it.
Gentle yoga with Heidi is great! The help from personal trainer when you join, is great! The indoor pool is great, and the other equipment like the weight room, and cardio room is great. The large number and variety of classes is wonderful.

The coaches and instructors for your classes are great: personable, very knowledgeable about proper form and useful stretches, and great motivators. I like that you have a great variety of programs, and I have gone to many different ones to rotate and change my workout routine.
Manuela. I actually signed up to take her class for Yoga. She is amazing. You should either train other people to do what she does or NEVER LET HER LEAVE!!!!!!!!!
I like the variety of classes that are offered. I participate in the morning yoga, spin/cycling, Body Flow and Body Pump classes on a fairly regular basis.
So far I'm just taking the Gentle Yoga class, Saturday at 11 a.m. I loved Manuela, and I miss her, but Sylvia is wonderful, and I love her too. The way she brings her meditation training into yoga is really special, and she seems aware of everyone in the class. I hope she stays forever.
I would like to use some of the standing equipment, such as the stationary bicycles, but I have to work up to that a little bit. I like that they're readily available.
