They are open to all, by which I mean the instructors and support staff go out of their way to make everyone feel important, no matter their age, their physical ability or their mental competence. I benefit and learn greatly from that.

I love the fact that there are chairs to assist me in getting into the pools and jacuzzi.
I also, thoroughly enjoy the water aerobic classes. I just wish there were more of them in the
afternoon. I only had the Dutch teacher once and loved her class. Maybe, she would be
available for afternoon classes. I know everyone that took the class loved her.

Have varieties of classes and convenient hour. Instructors are experienced with their own expertise. They are great with positive attitude. Membership fee a little bit high but worth it.
I love the Y and had been and have been coming to the Y for over 20+ years.
The Y has a variety of classes to meet the needs of a diverse member population. I need aqua aerobics to help manage my disabilities, and I just discovered there is an aqua class for members with arthritis. You also have great trainers to assist w. workouts on the machines, as well as swim lessons for all ages. I've watched the instructors who teach swimming to kids, and they are great, very patient, supportive, and knowledgable, as are other employees I have met. I appreciate the high standards the Y has for the staff they employ. I can ask any staff member any question, and if they do not know the answer, they will be sure to find out, or refer me to someone who can help. I can't say enough about how respectful and cordial the staff is with members from many different backgrounds. You are really the best!

I like the trainers enthusiasm and encouragement. I sometimes wish, that when there is a class in the swimming in door swimming pool that there's a sign so that I know not to go and bother them. Or have to ask the life guard on duty, if I can go swimming or not? And then he says no it's only for the class people. I like the service of the washcloth to clean the equipment after we use it and the proper place to put it away before we go home. I like the staff when when I arrive , and they greet me with a big smile I like that they care to help us that are having financial trouble pay for our loved ones too at a reasonable rate Thank you.

I like kids swimming,basketball,fitness all activity but my kids crazy swimming & basketball 🏀
