Les Mills classes are my favorite and the instructors are excellent and friendly. Thank you for welcoming me into class . . . even when I'm a few minutes late.

Love the gym classes that are offered, especially TRX. Kids room so great. My child loves Born to Move class

Friendly staff but you need more 6am classes. Really liked the circuit one that stopped last month.

I like water aerobics. The pool is warm. The instructors are kind and knowledgeable. Once you get to know the class, most people ask where you’ve been which encourages continued attendance. I love the 12 days of Christmas raffle. It really motivates me to keep coming. I would like challenges like that other times of year,
