I only access the cardio, weights and stretching rooms, as well as the racquetball court from time to time. I love having access to all that.

I use the cardio room (recumbent bike), and the weight rooms. Play racquetball 2-3 time per week.

I am a new member. I 80 years old and decided that I needed to move to keep moving.\
I don't like Yoga and some other exercise classes are too much for me. However, a friend took me to Pilates and I enjoy it very much, An hour is too long for me now, I can only stay at it for about 40 minutes. But with time, I will be able to work out for the hour.

I really appreciate the lifeguards. They are welcoming and helped me find a pair of goggles to borrow since I had left mine at home.

Gym and the group activities
They make sense, its easy to follow, it works, you get results.

The handball courts are kept in great shape & it is nice to see the youth learning handball Saturday morning & college kids learning Wednesday nights. The weight room near the swimming pool has all the equipment I need to stay in shape & it is kept in good condition. Also the front desk staff are always friendly & helpful.
