The product is of Australian design, and it's high quality. However, the attachment to my Nissan Leaf has the cord extending at a 90 degree angle, which enabled me to lower the lid on the charging panel on the car slightly, which i prefer since i charge it outside. Whereas, the attachment on your charging cord, has the cord extended straight out, which doesn't allow me to lower the lid on the charging panel much at all. Also, the cord is quite short, which means i need to park carefully close to my garage-door, whereas, the original charging cord, which i received when i bought the car, was almost double as long. The length of the charging cord that i bought from you is a bit short, this is better in some ways; because it's easier to put away, when not in use, but a bit awkward when i need to re-adjust my car position, because the cord doesn't reach.

Charge nerwork and product
I have just had a Wallbox installed by Jet Charge and very happy with both the product as well as the installation. It was quick, professionally done and not any criticism.

Product quality is good but very expensive. Also the bag included is very small, it cant fit charging cable.
