The recent failure of our EM112 Carlo Gavazzi meter after only 2.5 years of service is a disappointment. We will follow this up with Wallbox and Carlo Gavazzi as the failure of this meter does not meet the fit for purpose criteria under Australian consumer law. It would have be good if JetCharge had offered to followed up this failure.
The service team that came out to replace the meter were great.
