JET has always been responsive over long periods of time. The particular reoccurring issue I've had over the past few years was through no fault of JET and lied with the manufacturer. However, JET has gone above and beyond replacing the device once then giving me an entirely different model the second time.
I'm confident a lot of this wake, especially the electrician is at a cost to JET which is unfortunate but really appreciated. Definitely aimed at a customer first service.

The two electricians, Sean and Will, were excellent. It was a huge job and they did it with professionalism and extremly high quality work. I also found the staff at JetCharge excellent and highly professional.

The installer had a positive attitude to make the jet charge system to work for me as efficiently and effectively as possible. Some learning on the job but this led to communication and confirmation with technical specialists which gave me confidence. The charging system is working as specified so I am happy!

My main source of satisfaction with Jetcharge has been the interaction with Charlene when attempting to organise installation. She is always quick to reply to my emails and has gone out of her way to push Skoda to live up to their promise of a free charger and installation. Her pleasant and helpful attitude certainly encourages me to recommend your business to others.
I was very pleased also with the speed of getting the charger installed once authorised and with the installation by D Squared Electrical on the day.
As I have only had my charger for 5 days I can't say much yet about it's performance apart from the fact that it works well at this stage..

I was very impressed with the service received from Charlene Bromell who was very helpful, and prompt in her responses. She went above and beyond to deliver a charging unit to our home to enable the install. I like that can-do attitude. I was also impressed with the electrical sub-contractor Eco City. Overall it went very well and I would have no problem recommending Jet Charge.
