Easy installation process - yet to use
The installation was not an easy one. The distance from the switch board to the location for the charger is over 30 metres. This involved going up in the attic, along the roof, down the side of the house, in a trench, up inside the decking and inside the car port. Lots of opportunity to make a mess or make it unsightly. But they didn’t. The guys did a thorough and professional job. No short cuts, no workarounds. I highly recommend them for your installation.

The installation was seamless - communication was excellent, the installers turned up when they said, were polite, took the time to make it a quality job and clean up after themselves. Made sure we understood the apps and everything was working before leaving- could not be happier

1. The price is very competitive though not the cheapest one in the market.
2. Due to the competitive price quoted, has not much expectation in its services and quality. However, the guy came over is unexpectedly well trained and politely.
3. The man texted 30 mins before about his arrival time and arrived 5 mins before schedule. Always have a smiling face and polite. He sincerely advised the best location of the charger with reasons. It takes him about an hour to complete the installation but teaching us how to use the apps to control the charger spent him 30 mins as we are retired old couple who rarely use new apps.
4. He also answered other unrelated questions on how to fixed up electrical problems at home.
6. The services level and attitude of the staff are unexpectedly above its quoted price.
