You recently replaced the wallbox, which had given up the notion of reliability. Happily, I have had no issues with the new one. The chap who replaced the device was quick and efficient. He let me know what he found in the old one and set up everything so it just worked. Because of him I have been left with a good impression, which offset the impression from the original equipment.
