Efficient process
Really pleased to have a high tech EV charger installed by the team at JetCharge (we previously trickle charged via a regular powerpoint, which was very slow!) We received great advice on the right product for our car and their Electrician did an amazing job upgrading our ancient switchboard so that we can charge at home safely. Highly recommended!
Service, delivery and installation of the chargers is simple and straightforward.
The Autel charger came free as part of our car purchase (Hyundai) and the interactions from JetCharge by email were frequent, clear and easy to use. The electrician who installed the charger did a great job in a complex setting. We've had some teething problems getting the app and charger set up to a scheduled charge, but they were technical issues relating to the car/charger interface and JetCharge did their best to help.

Installation was completed punctually and professionally. Location of unit in my apartment building needed to change due to proximity of fire hydrant. This was not a problem and out of the hands of the installers. Have sorted out a minor confusion about the order of the process, (plug in car, swipe card, plug in charger) to commence charging. All good.

I purchased a Tesla Gen 3 Wall Charger on a Friday received the item on the following Tuesday and I also live in a country area. You can’t get better than that. Also Jetcharge kept me informed all the time.
