The service has been quite reasonable from customer support, but some of the unintended issues getting the charger replaced had been a little frustrating. Charger was mis-delivered to the installer, additional delays in shipping and 2 tries at getting the charger fixed have been a little annoying, but I have to say that JetCharge has certainly come to the party with assisting getting the charger fixed, and I can't complain too much regarding some unintended issues.

The process from getting the quote to getting the installation booked was efficient and quick.
There was an issue that the installer had not received the charger by the installation date which necessitated two visits to my property. Not an issue for me and I assume the installer would have liked to have done the job in one visit. There was an installers were well presented, friendly and competent.
Can’t really comment on the charger as I’m still waiting for my EV. But I bought it on the recommendation of Cupra.
