They explained why and provided a solution. We re-booked them and installation was done. So far so good, no issues. I arranged for installation of a customer supplied BMW Wallbox gen 3 charger. The website and process was easy to use, there was great communication from Lorelea from Jetcharge. The turnaround between submission and emails was rapid.
Jetcharge contracts Voltforce in Toowoomba. I was impressed by Joe, Sam and Zeke; the quality of their work was top notch. The cabling and conduiting was slick, and left a neat outcome. They ensured the product worked as it should and cleaned up thoroughly after. I would definitely recommend engaging their services to other people and will return to them if I have any further electrical work.
