It's just a shame that the company's shipping partner lost my charger, delaying installation. This is not the fault of Jet Charger, but I'd suggest the company would do well to find a more reliable delivery partner.

I have had the pleasure of interacting with a number of Jet Charge staff, from installers, device testers, and administrative staff. At all times the staff have been courteous, and surprisingly dedicated to satisfying my needs as a customer. This necessitated a couple follow-up appointments to resolve a technical issue, with installers accommodating and working around my availability for their (successful) troubleshooting efforts. Well done everyone! I am a very happy Jet Charge customer.

The process was very professional and considered. Ours was not a standard install and the guys did a very good job, with only one issue. The internal panel was not the correct size which has left a gap in the plaster.
It wasn't perfect, but what I appreciated is that any issue there was, the staff and installers owned the probem and resolved it in timely manner. The quote turn around was very quick, scheduling was quick and considerate. The installers were on time and professinal and the install was very tidy.
