My Wall Box was faulty - Jetcharge were very helpful in arranging a replacement (warranty). They are easy to contact , to talk to a person and have I had a dedicated contact person.

The process from getting the quote to getting the installation booked was efficient and quick.
There was an issue that the installer had not received the charger by the installation date which necessitated two visits to my property. Not an issue for me and I assume the installer would have liked to have done the job in one visit. There was an installers were well presented, friendly and competent.
Can’t really comment on the charger as I’m still waiting for my EV. But I bought it on the recommendation of Cupra.
