It's rare to find a company these days that remains dedicated to making the customer satisfied even when the item is past its stated warranty. Special mention goes to Vicki Franck, whose persistence to resolving an issue was a constant and welcome surprise to me. She has gone out of her way to assist me, arranging and dropping off items to resolve a minor issue. I can honestly say that the entire Jet Charge team exhibit a rare enthusiasm for customer satisfaction - I highly recommended this company and their dedicated staff.
