The installation was performed very professionally. The installer tended my home prior to the date of installation to ensure the job could be done without issue. On the day itself, the work was excellent and neat.
So far, the installation has performed as it should and there are no complaints.
My only frustration has been that the unit comes with a holder to insert the input plug when not in use. Unfortunately, it is difficult to manoeuvre and unfortunately, in trying to dislodge it, a piece snapped off. Therefore, I cannot use the holder. Hopefully this can be rectified and someone can explain how to remove without damaging the unit
