My.original Jet charge charger was not supported by the manufacturer and I was forced to replace it with one not requiring internet connection.

The product is great, when matched with an electricity retailer that has a dedicated off peak/EV plan, you can get significant low cost charging at your residential address.
I was pleased the D Squared Electrical sparkies got under the house and neatly installed an inconspicuous conduit to a suitable location.
They were punctual and efficient, done with a couple of hours.
Similarly, JetCharge waive the site inspection fee if you decide to go through with the installation.
