The install of a Tesla wall charger was perfect and professional. The original install date was the 5/1 however the electrician contacted us informing me that an installation window had become available on the 18/12/25. The Xmas/New Year period is a busy time visiting family and friends and using the faster charger vs trickle charge has made life easier.
The install of my wall charger was timely and hassle free. Kieran and Cam did a great job, with a tidy finish.

My latest dealing was with a warranty issue was handled by the internal Jet Charge staff. Jet Charge staff. However the outside staff promised attendance by twice and did not show, no notification by the outside. When Jet Charge office staff were notified, they did everything promptly and gave good feedback. The problem at this stage appears to be resolved.

I would recommend anyone to purchase a home charger from Jetcharge, Charlene was very helpful.

Jet Charge replaced my charger without any difficulties
We had a warranty claim on our wallbox charger.
Jet Charge were super, the communication was excellent and inquries answered quickly. It was a shame wallbox weren't the same, wallbox didn't answer our emails about the charger problem, I would not recommend installing a wallbox charger not because it doesn't charge well, simply for the fact that there is no after installation service from Wallbox .
On the other I strongly recommend using Jet Charge for there after installation service and communication. What happened is they organised to install a new unit for us at there expense and they upgraded the charger.
