The flexibility of the installation crew was fantastic. I rearranged my schedule and booked a day appointment on a Thursday however the installer became sick causing an issue for when I would next be available to be at home. Jet charge and their installer went out of their way to come in on a Saturday morning at no extra cost. Quick clean and no fuss.

Very quick to respond and organise appointment to assess my set up. The electrician who attended was professional, friendly and helpful. Once assessment was completed, quote provided (and accepted) the same electrician and his sidekick installed our wall unit with minimum fuss. Altogether a very positive experience. Thank you.
Installer was punctual and on time. Professional and explained everything in detail in a way you could understand. Slight confusion with the positioning of the unit but was sorted out with the least amount of fuss. Work was neat and they cleaned up afterwards. Stayed and explained how to operate the unit and showed my wife how to download the app until it worked. (Us older clients get easily confused)
The installed unit was perfectly placed and squared well.
