Emily did great job and she is doing follow ups. I don't know if there a mistake made or if I missed something but I noticed a week after the sale that negotiations started $35,700 something, but my window sticker that I did not see was $33,785. That's $2000 above sticker price. I'm confident that when I get to talk to Emily again it will be fixed or explained. If not then Zacchaeus paid his debt. Also we talked about a trailer hitch at the very beginning of the journey and the next day after the purchase I remembered it so when I contacted Emily about it. She did a great job in finding out what we can do to get one on. At no fault to her though I was treated as if I had bought the truck from another dealer and was going be charged a very high labor price. After a small tantrum on my part the hitch was put on and waiting on the wiring harness now. I felt for a small moment that since deal was done there was no service after the sale but now being made right. Not the Don Franklin of the 80's and 90's, but I also Understand that I'm not dealing directly with Eddie anymore. I just want to say that I cannot come up with enough positive words to express my wonderful experience working with Emily Haynes. And if I ever deal on a lot that she is working, she's my sales girl.
