My favorite part other than my new car was Emily. She made me so comfortable and usually im a nervous wreck.

I had a 2018 Hyundai Tuscan that was totaled from hail damage. I didn’t have any issues with the service department in Lexington until I bought a new Tuscan in January of this year. I don’t know what happened but the service is now horrible. The employees won’t speak, look at you and do not care about anything that you have to say.
About 3 months after I bought my new Tuscan, I started having issues with my brakes. Needless to say, after several attempts a simple brake issue was never repaired.
Luckily I decided to take my car to the service department at the Somerset location. The people there are amazing. They are so kind, friendly and prompt. It did not take them any time to figure out the problem and replace my front rotors. My car has never driven better.
I am so grateful for their professionalism and kindness. I can’t say enough good things about their service department. I will gladly continue to drive an hour as opposed to 15 minutes to have my car serviced. The service department in Somerset is the best!!!
