I love the Hyundai vehicles I own or have owned (Kona, Elantra) and the way the perform. I have always received great, dependable service. I definitely prefer the service at the old Hyundai Dealership in Somerset, KY to the new one though. They moved recently but did not bring along the employees I have dealt with for over 13 years, which was a big disappointment to me. The new employees are still very nice and extremely accommodating yet the service on my vehicle is just not quite what it was. Overall I am very happy with my Hyundai and the service I receive, but it would have been nice to see the employees transferred over to the new store/location. Thank you, First name removed

I have been a Don Franklin customer since as far back as I can remember. I liked dealing with your staff. They made my decision to buy very easy. I was looking to buy a Rav 4 but couldn't get Toyota to work with me. Your salesman, Rudy was very helpful and knowledgeable and found a car close to the Rav 4 which had everything that I wanted down to the color. After the sell, they worked with me to show me all the features that the car had that were all above and beyond what I was looking for. I am very happy with my purchase and will remain a Don Franklin customer.
