Andrea was very friendly and helpful to my sister and I to quickly find a place for our mother. Also to help us include our father who has dementia to join her after we got her settled in. It relieved a lot of stress that we were feeling at that time. Narrowing it down to a couple of places to visit was such a relief. Andrea followed us to every place and took good notes for us. She also followed up on any questions we had.

I found out about CarePatrol after I had already chosen a place for my dad, but I wanted to have other options in case things didn’t work out. After speaking with Kristen, I toured other facilities, which I am extremely happy and fortunate to have done because I did have to find another place quickly.

I already did one review but I think that care Patrol was very helpful they did the searching for us so we didn't have to do it with everything else that had to be done I never realized how much had to be done to find a home to put my mother in but care Patrol was a lot of help and I would definitely recommend them and I already have recommended them to people

Ann was great! I asked for short visits and no sales pitches from the facilities and she delivered. Great communication and she had awesome follow up. We found the best place for Mom. Eagle Point is where we went with but I do want to say their communication and on boarding/move in process needs some work. Much confusion and lots of emails without answers. This has nothing to do with Care Patrol though. Ann did an excellent job!! Thanks!!
Ann was very responsive at a time when there was a sense of urgency to find our Mom a memory care unit that would meet her needs and our expectations. It took less than 24 hours to arrange site visits, have in-hospital evaluations and make a final decision.
