I didn’t know where to start with trying to find help for my dad after I just received the bad news that I had to go through chemotherapy for breast cancer. How could I help my dad when I could hardly get through my own days myself.
I was told about CarePatrol by my nurse. I don’t know what I would have done without this agency. They picked up my dad and showed him different places when I couldn’t get there in time to bring him myself due to my doctor appointments or I just was not feeling well enough to leave the house.

We loved Kristen from our first conversation with her. My sister and I are out of town/country and needed to move our mum into a care facility. Against our better judgement and going against Kristen's advice, we moved her to Primrose in Appleton. What a terrible terrible mistake that was.

The quick response and thoughtfulness in findings the best accommodations for our mother. They gave us several different options and worked directly with the hospital and the care facility so we could concentrate on our mom and not have to be on the phone all the time trying to find an appropriate care facility.
