Working with CarePatrol was AWESOME!! We began looking for some in-home assistance for Mom. They recommended several places. Those places were very quick about responding to my inquires! Mom changed her mind. We went through this process twice. CarePatrol was understanding about the changes. Then I realized I could no longer take care of Mom the way she deserved. I called CarePatrol again and got Kristin! What a blessing!! Kristin came to my home to talk to us. She came back to talk to Mom. Kristin then suggested two assisted living facilities. We went to see Ballard Glenn; Mom moved in two weeks ago. Kristin has followed us throughout the entire process! The CarePatrol service did not cost us anything! They have the up-to-date working knowledge about the care facilities. Moving my mom from her home to a care facility is not easy. I highly recommend CarePatrol to direct you to the very best place for your loved one! Thank you Kristin, Michelle and the entire CarePatrol team!!

Had a wonderful experience with CarePatrol. I was at a loss on where to start and what to do. Lisa was great. Made the entire process smooth. Was always available and wonderful to work with.
Ann was very personable and helpful. We were able to place Mom into a nice facility in a short time.
The only issue we had was that the pricing was out of date so there was a sticker shock when we started filling out paperwork for the facility. (higher by ~ $1600 per month.)
Kristen was so great to work with. She could easily relate to what we were going through and quickly understood the type of facility would be perfect for our mom. She followed up and made sure things were going smoothly. My only regret is I wish we were connected to care patrol sooner. Navigating a family Members needs can be daunting and a lot. Having resources really help.

Sorry this took so long, but as you know the elderly family members can keep you busy. I just want to say that my experience with CarePatrol and (Andrea) could not have been any better. She not only answered all my questions but did them in a timely manor. I can't thank her enough for all of her help!

This was the second cousin this year we've had Care Patrol help us with in finding an assisted living facility. We were under a time crunch this time due to the cousin being in rehab for only a couple weeks after a fall, but Andrea went to work right away and was able to help our relative find a place she would like that had immediate availability. Our cousin is moved in now and seems to be taking to the place very well.
We worked with Bobbi Jo and were so thankful for her assistance with the difficult situation of having to place our father in assisted living in a short time frame. She helped us find a facility and was present when we toured the two we were interested in. She was so kind and listened to all of our concerns. We worked with Ann to find an assisted living facility for our dad. The process started weeks before we needed to make a decision. During this time, Ann worked with us to understand what we were looking for, what our dad's needs and status was. She didn't push us but kept us informed and gave us information we didn't even know we needed. She is knowledgeable about facilities in the area, state law, different options, the whole picture. She was also very generous with her time, answering questions and comforting us at the same time, going on site visits and helping us to decide the best fit for our dad. We cannot say enough good things about Ann and our experience with her!

We were able to quickly visit a few places with possible openings without needing to make calls to several places and spend that time ourselves. When going through this the time is much appreciated.
We worked with Bobbie Jo. She was flexible in scheduling tours. She understood the emotional difficulty families go through during this process and was able to answer a lot of questions and address our concerns. She was great with my Mom and my family. I felt she went above and beyond.
They listen to our needs and then set up interviews at the facilities that would fit our needs. Bobby Jo was very helpful and quick to help us locate an open room in one of the facilities that we had toured save me a lot of time calling around. Care Patrol definitely helped simplify and speed up the process of moving my mother.
It was wonderful to have Andrea set up visits at various assisted living facilities. She also took notes on what we saw and talked about at each facility and gave us a spreadsheet with that information. All of it was very helpful during a stressful time.
