I was interviewed regarding my father's current situation and housing and care needs. Base don the information I provided, my Care Patrol representative, Bobbi Jo Dorsey, provided only those facilities that would match my father's needs. She toured each of those specifically selected sites with me and assisted in my evaluation and decision communication with the preferred site. What was especially outstanding was the fact that Bobbi Jo continued to assist us with many details related to my father's medical condition, hospitalization, nursing home/rehab experience and finally the perfect assisted living facility "move in". Due to my "out of the country" status two weeks before his planned "move in", she covered for me in many ways to move the process forward and not loose any time. She was wonderful!!! I highly recommend her services to everyone! You will not be disappointed, I assure you!
Bobbie Jo was an absolute angel. So helpful, kind, kept in constant contact and really listened to what the needs/wishes of my parents were. Because of her, we got them into a great facility. I couldn’t have done this whole process without her. I absolutely cannot thank her enough!

Ann would check up on us frequently to see if our circumstances changed. Unfortunately my husband had a health setback, but Ann found us a memory care facility, just in time.
Ann was very personable and easy to talk with. She was very prompt with responding and setting up tour dates/times and had great follow up even after my Aunt was settled in her new home.
Megan was extremely professional and helpful. She continually followed up with us to make sure that everything was going well and if there was anything that she could do to assist us. Than you.

I needed to find a memory care facility for my father with less than a week's notice. He is very attached to his cat. I was told that very few memory care facilities would accept a cat, and I'd be very lucky to find one. The idea of my dad being without his favorite companion was difficult...he would be heartbroken. Ann from CarePatrol was awesome in this difficult time! Within days, she had found a place that would accept a resident with a cat, arranged for my dad to be assessed, and a tour of the facility for my wife and I. It all worked out well. And now, weeks later, my dad seems quite happy with the arrangement. I didn't know anything about how this process works, and what to do next. Ann from Care Patrol was extremely helpful in helping us navigate it. I'm very thankful that CarePatrol was an option, and would recommend them to anyone.
Care Patrol (Regina ) had quick response to our desperate need for placement and she kept us in the loop on status and options. She even met with us on a day that we were running into issues with a diff provider and helped navigate through our frustrations with the other provider.

Bobbi Jo took the time to listen to what I needed for my mom & followed up several times with me. We found a great place for my mom where all the staff is friendly and attentive. They senior living home has great activities and mom has made new friends in two weeks!
Her room is also nice and large and we could decorate it how we liked—mom loves it!
CarePatrol helped us find the perfect assisted living community for our parent. They were very attentive to our needs and therefore recommended communities that would work for us.
