I needed to find a memory care facility for my father with less than a week's notice. He is very attached to his cat. I was told that very few memory care facilities would accept a cat, and I'd be very lucky to find one. The idea of my dad being without his favorite companion was difficult...he would be heartbroken. Ann from CarePatrol was awesome in this difficult time! Within days, she had found a place that would accept a resident with a cat, arranged for my dad to be assessed, and a tour of the facility for my wife and I. It all worked out well. And now, weeks later, my dad seems quite happy with the arrangement. I didn't know anything about how this process works, and what to do next. Ann from Care Patrol was extremely helpful in helping us navigate it. I'm very thankful that CarePatrol was an option, and would recommend them to anyone.
Care Patrol (Regina ) had quick response to our desperate need for placement and she kept us in the loop on status and options. She even met with us on a day that we were running into issues with a diff provider and helped navigate through our frustrations with the other provider.

Bobbi Jo took the time to listen to what I needed for my mom & followed up several times with me. We found a great place for my mom where all the staff is friendly and attentive. They senior living home has great activities and mom has made new friends in two weeks!
Her room is also nice and large and we could decorate it how we liked—mom loves it!

Bobbi Jo was very knowledgeable on assisted living facilities. She helped me with identifying and finding a facility that would meet my mother’s needs. Megan did an excellent job. It's hard to pin point any 1 thing- because everything from beginning -to the place we pick for my wife was top notch. and may sound strange- but one of the things I liked best-- Was-- When she didn't know the answer to something- she was willing to not only say she didn't know-and would try and get the right an answer... She did exactly that and in a timely fashion. and there was very little she didn't know.
When a person like me is going thru one of the hardest things- they ever gone thru-
( 39 years) Rita and I have never been apart more the 2-3 weeks in total) last thing a person needs- Is a know it all -who doesn't know it all... or an arrogant person.
Outside of "excellent in the job she was doing" she herself was awesome... made it much more easier too look at facilities when it wasn't easy at all.
Regina did an amazing job assisting my family find what we hope is the perfect 'New' home for my father. She listened to our thoughts and concerns and found three excellent candidates for us to visit and assess. Her communication throughout the process was prompt and timely and her follow-up after the move was greatly appreciated.
