She was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate through the process, as we were struggling to figure out what to do next. She took me to three facilities she thought would meet my needs. Tory made several follow-up calls during the process and after my decision was made. Hello, I worked with Kristen to find a place where my Mom could live and grow. She took the time to find about my Mom and our situation. Kristen came back with recommendations and answered questions regarding places where I thought my mom might fit. Tours were set up and she was able to fill in my knowledge gaps during the tours. Care Patrol was wonderful in helping us find an assisted living facility for my brother. Ann Evanson set up visitations to facilities that were in the area we were looking at. Care Patrol met us at each facility and introduced us to the staff in charge. We found the perfect place for our brother. They met us in the and were so professional and helpful every step of the journey. I highly recommend Care Patrol. It’s so wonderful to have their support and help in times of need.
