Our Care Patrol referral came thru a Case Manager at Bellin Hospital when I was in the process of selecting an Assisted Living Home for my husband with a three day window of time for the decision. Bobbie Jo was a good listener and selected a few sites she thought would meet our needs. She guided me through the sites either in person or by phone. Her selections were personalized to the physical needs of my husband as well as our budget and location. She answered a multitude of questions along the way. I made a selection; my husband has been there for two weeks, and so far we are satisfied with our choice. Bobbie Jo also made followup inquiries regarding other needs, and Jane visited my husband with a gift of a soft throw. Care Patrol is a people business that cares!

It's helpful to have someone guide you through the kinds of questions and concerns that are likely to come up with an elder living in a residence. When one option didn't work out for our mother and we felt we needed to move our her, the CarePatrol rep was extremely supportive and helped us make the transition to a place more suited to Mom's needs. Andrea was very friendly and helpful to my sister and I to quickly find a place for our mother. Also to help us include our father who has dementia to join her after we got her settled in. It relieved a lot of stress that we were feeling at that time. Narrowing it down to a couple of places to visit was such a relief. Andrea followed us to every place and took good notes for us. She also followed up on any questions we had.

I found out about CarePatrol after I had already chosen a place for my dad, but I wanted to have other options in case things didn’t work out. I already did one review but I think that care Patrol was very helpful they did the searching for us so we didn't have to do it with everything else that had to be done I never realized how much had to be done to find a home to put my mother in but care Patrol was a lot of help and I would definitely recommend them and I already have recommended them to people
