Dina took me around to seven different communities and did a wonderful job explaining things and making sure that we understood the information that was presented to us. She was very professional and friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with her expertise the notes she took for me and her flexibility to meet us on our schedule. I would definitely recommend Care Patrol to anyone looking for an assisted living community.

Jodi guided us with genuine compassion and professionalism through the entire process of moving both my grandmother and uncle into an assisted living community. She didn’t treat it like a one-size-fits-all situation. Instead, we had thoughtful, in-depth conversations about each of them individually. She asked all the right questions (many we would’ve never thought to consider) to really understand who they are as people, their needs, preferences, and personalities.
From there, Jodi recommended communities she felt would be the best fit - and she was spot on. She didn’t just send us a list and wish us luck; she personally scheduled the tours, came with us to each one, and asked insightful questions that helped us make informed decisions with confidence. Her presence was reassuring and empowering every step of the way.
What stood out the most was how she helped me communicate with the rest of my family. She gave me thoughtful advice on how to approach the conversation in a way that made everyone feel heard, respected, and supported. Instead of feeling like I was telling people what to do, I was able to lead the process with empathy and collaboration - all thanks to her.
