I like how personable Brodrick was as well as knowledgeable. He was able to arrange tours at the last minute because we needed to make some decisions quickly. He checked back in with us and went to visit my mom and took her flowers and coffee - her two favorite things!

Connie Torres helped me find a place for my wife. Connie knew I was clueless when it came to searching out caring places to consider for long term care. She listened to what I was looking for and didn't panic when I suddenly decided on someplace totally different! Connie is one of the most caring people I have had the pleasure of meeting.
Ryan was absolutely exceptional. He took a ton of time working with me to understand my mother's needs while she was in-patient at the hospital and before she was discharged from the rehab facility. His recommendations and relationships with care facilities was spot on. He met with each facility with me and helped outline how each facility would help to match up with her. Ultimately, we went with in-home care. That care has been exceptional.
Without Ryan, I don't think we would have had the peace of mind that we've had. I would recommend Ryan and Care Patrol without reservation. First class care in every aspect.
