Emily was a great support and a source of information
I can not say enough how much I appreciate the team at Care Patrol and what they did for me and my family. We had a short period of time to find my father in law a new home and we could not have done it without your team.
We found the perfect home and my FIL is so happy and we are at ease knowing he is being well taken care of.
I have been telling everyone about my experience.
Julie was very helpful in finding places that would accept my mother in law and setting up tours. She gave insights that we wouldn't otherwise have had access to.
Ericha was great to work with and helped so much with the process. She’s very knowledgeable about all things surrounding healthcare and assisted living issues.
MaryAnn was wonderful to work with. She was responsive to communication, arranged tours and met with us during our tour. Great follow up, professional and helpful.
Pat has been very patient and helpful with my elderly parents. CarePatrol has been very flexible with my parents changing needs.
CarePatrol were great to work with
Connie was amazing to work with! She made the process so much less stressful. I live in another state than my mother and was so fortunate to have her help and the highest level of communication!
I had the good fortune to work with Kaelyn when trying to find the right Assisted Living facility.
She was very responsive and even gave me background information on a couple of places that she had not recommended.
She answered all of my questions - or got back to me quickly when she had to investigate.
The facility we selected is perfect!
We could not have found it so quickly and with so much confidence without Kaelyn and the CarePatrol.
This is an excellent organization that has their clients as their main concern!
Our family just can't say enough about Meda and the CarePatrol of NE Kansas. Meda provided the critical connection between our father's deep dementia condition and the proper community for his needs.
Before Meda and CarePatrol, we were at another "memory care" community and were experiencing over time the fact that this community could not address the needs of someone with profound dementia or Alzheimer's Disease; I caution anyone looking for a community for a loved one with anything deeper than stage 1 (out of 7) dementia to be very wary of these "memory care" communities... we found their care to be more like deeper and deeper levels of medication (which started our father falling and needing hospital care)...
BUT, that's when we met Meda and she provided so much education along with her years of working with people like our father. With Meda's resources we were fortunately to find a wonderful community that let's our father be exactly who he is given where he's at with his disease... it is NIGHT AND DAY difference. Meda was guiding, extremely knowledgeable, helped us compare communities, gave us very real and pragmatic advice and was there during tours during this tough time and this big decision.
If you are in our shoes, know YOU ARE NOT ALONE, and there are real and good people out there who can help... and we'd HIGHLY ENCOURGE you to talk with Meda at CarePatrol of NE Kansas. You will be in the most caring, skilled, and gracious hands. Meda has given our father a new and better opportunity... that's what living is all about. Thank you Meda!!!
Laura, has been a Godsend, she has made this difficult situation manageable. She helped us find a great place for my dad to move, she provided encouragement and support throughout the whole process. I am so grateful we got connected with Care Patrol and so grateful, that Laura was able to help us determine the best place for my dad to go.
I was surprised at the one on one attention that I received. Jenny accompanied me to a tour without much warning for her. The follow uphas been very kind.
Rami was so informed and forthright that it made a complicated and daunting process much more manageable and comfortable. I feel much more confident about our decision than I would have if we'd made it on our own.
Martha was instrumental in finding a community for my Mom. She listened to our needs and arranged tours. Then once we had made our decision on the community, she went above and beyond and also helped locate services for catheter care as well.
Niki was fabulous and patient!
Broderick was patient and a very good listener. He was very well informed, and cleared up confusion when he noted that we were confused. He was very attentive and caring. His relaxed demeanor, eased our stress and made us hopeful. His sense of humor is delightful. When an urgent need came for us to place mom, even though it was the weekend, he responded to texts and assured us that he would attend to us every step of the way. And he did! This whole program is such a blessing to families, and Broderick is a special blessing to our family.
Working full time and trying to navigate the assistive living marketplace was overwhelming. Other than word of mouth from co-workers I had zero experience in this industry. Dina from CarePatrol listened to our needs, arranged tours at facilities that meet our needs and budget, and provided kindness and support as we entered a new phase of life for my mom. I am so grateful for this service and would highly recommend CarePatrol to anyone trying to find quality care for a loved one.
Thank you, Jill, for all your help and time to find Tim's next home.

Emily Strickler is an amazing human. She is responsive, helpful and connects us to the wider team and community. In these overwhelming times and circumstances everyone we've met through Care Patrol and your recommendations are outstanding. THANK YOU. I've recommended you all time and again!
Tracy made a daunting process so easy. Her knowledge of the process and her guidance was invaluable. Forever grateful
Michelle and Eric were both helpful and very kind. They connected with our mother which helped build a level of trust during a challenging time. I highly recommend working with them!
Erin was very good at listening to my sister-in-law’s preferences and pointing us in a direction that worked well. She kept us informed and made sure the application was submitted in time to secure a placement.
They never gave up! And I was very demanding and knowledgeable. It may have taken 4 mos, but with their diligence we got the job done!
Gabby answered all of my questions and made a very difficult experience so much easier.
Scott Dahlhauser was absolutely critical to our search and eventual assisted living placement for my husband. He kept in contact, reviewed options for us based on the initial interview, went with my daughter and me to see possible options and helped us to understand things that we were not aware of. There was a complicated situation that arose at the last minute with a choice we had made and Scott helped us to navigate and find another acceptable alternative. We would have been lost without him.
Finding a senior living arrangement is a very time consuming and stressful experience. We needed a person who understood the different systems and was able to be objective and offer guidance.
This is a tremendous service to families in a situation when a loved one needs care outside the home. We are very grateful to Scott and this organization.

Niki is the best!
She took care of everything.
In the end when I was having a problem with one of the facilities I was interested in, she made sure there was a back up plan right away!
She did everything to set up the touring of the facilities, I didn’t have to do anything!!
