My wife has Alzheimer’s and I started the search for a memory care place on my own. Even though I visited 3-4 places on my own I didn’t feel comfortable with the process as it felt overwhelming. CarePatrol was recommended to me by my lawyer. Gabby was amazing! She was caring and compassionate and was instrumental in getting my mom into an assisted living facility. This is an amazing service for families struggling to make decisions for their aging loved ones.

Had my first experience of “mom getting older” accident and being literally THROWN into trying to figure out hospital/rehab/short-term care all at once with NO clue on any of it as solely relying on medical personnel advice.
Then, along came Ericha!! What a Godsend!! What a WELTH of knowledgeable information she has on SO much!! She was able to help not just my Mom but myself as well trying to navigate through how/what to do with a knee fracture and rehab time for her. She is SO EXTREMELY knowledgeable in so many aspects of the short term rehab and short/long term care facilities. She met and spent a lot of time with both my Mom and I to get a better understanding of what she would need and what type/kind of facility would fit her needs the best down to even the staff at so many different facilities!! She KNOWS her stuff and there is A LOT!! She was not quick to pick a place for my Mom, I toured different assisted living facilities with her. Can’t express enough how much time she invested in us. Ericha was quick to respond to emails and always picked up the never ending calls I had with questions and concerns. Never having had to go through this before she was beyond a blessing to have help us!! Ericha is a true asset to Care Patrol! I have her number tucked away for now, but know down the line I’ll be reaching out to her again.
Excellent, prompt service. Kris help me identify our needs then she went directly to work and had listings for me to approve almost immediately. She identified several facilities that fit my mother's needs. Then she set up tours. With a few days we identified a perfect place for mom. Fast, effective, professional.
