We have been working with Dina Cucunato for a couple years now with two sets of parents. She is so personable and caring. She is always prompt to return calls and gather information for us. She communicates well with elderly people and makes them feel comfortable. Dina is knowledgeable about many of the senior living facilities. She is always willing to take time with us. We are well pleased as Care Patrol has made it so much easier to find the "just right" facilities for our parents.

Lynne and Brian really work hard helping you find the right place for your loved one. They scheduled all of our visits based on our availability. When we had to move my dad because of finances, they stepped in again to help us find a place within our budget. They keep on top of everything for you. We needed extra help to get my dad Veterans Assistance and Lynne helped us get started and connected to the right offices. Gabby found a great assisted living place that our Mom toured and chose to go to on her own which is one of the biggest reasons our Mom is now in a great assisted living place.

A lot to like! The representatives are caring, respectful, & extremely helpful. They are familiar with programs and assisted living options that would be a good fit for your loved one. They give you options and do not pressure you to accept an option that you are not comfortable with.

Linda, Kathy, and Laura were so incredibly helpful during a time that was difficult to manage. With their help, we were able to find an assisted living location quickly to ensure that my mother is cared for and safe. I would not have been able to make this happen on my own and they were there every step to help.
Erin was very knowledgeable about the assisted living facilities in the area that our friend requested. She came to visit at the rehabilitation facility and was compassionate and friendly towards our friend. She explained everything clearly was never rushed and took time for questions from not only the person moving to assisted living but also from us, his two friends. She had several residences and explained the pros and cons of each. With her help, we were able to narrow the choices to two. She set up visits to both places and accompanied us on those visits. Since our friend wasn’t able to attend the initial visits, she met him a few days later at the residence that he was moving into. She has been in touch with us his friends, and even helped clarify some questions that we had by contacting the facility on our behalf. She checked in the day of the move and followed up the next day to find out how the first day and night were. She has promised to check in regularly and given us her phone and email contacts. I am very happy with everything that she has done to make this transition to assisted living as smooth as possible.
