I recently retired from a welding fabrication shop that I owned and operated in Boynton Beach, Florida. I started using Metal Supermarket when they first opened up in West Palm Beach. Now I needed a piece of metal after I retired and I called the one in Pompano spoke to a gentleman named Chip told him what I needed. He was very helpful. Went there to pick it up and spoke to our gentleman named Igor, who was also very helpful, but the med wasn’t bent to my liking so I called them back. Spoke to Igor. He spoke to Chip. Chip made it good. The next day these guys over there are phenomenal, especially Chip and Igor.
This was about four weeks ago. I had some personal issues to take care of during the holiday so was unable to pick it up. They were very understanding. I am on my way down there tomorrow, which is January 9 26. I may not be a big customer, but I am a customer and will be a customer for life. Well as long as I have left anyway lol
These two guys need recognition from somebody higher up. You need more people in your business like that.
