Rob and his team are fantastic. From the very start to the end of communication on any transaction is superb. They are above the top when it comes to customer service. This comes from someone who has used MS for years. A grade all day! Keep up the great work all.

Always helpful in finding the product I need whether in person or over the phone

Very good at assisting to get product needed for my project and price was good
Customer Service is really good and really responsive. You don't always have in stock what I am looking for which is quite understandable but it is the speed with which I get information back that is the best. Jarvis Monroe has been outstanding to work with both over the phone and via email and I would certainly recommend your company to others who inquire.
