Courteous, friendly, prompt employees at front counter and in the shop. Good selection of product whether cut to size or from miscellaneous "drop" material. I found a miscellaneous piece of 2"dia. aluminum tubing and had a piece of 1/2"x6" hot rolled steel cut to exact size.
