I had to change my order 5 minutes after I submitted it over the phone. The sweet gal who had taken my order ran out into the shop where the guy was just about to cut pipe! He was able to make the adjustments and cut to the new dimensions. Pipe pieces were ready for pickup within an hour.
You even went the extra mile on the billing! I notice the first order for $29 was refunded and you charged me $28 for the changed order. Only a dollar difference, but this shows honesty and integrity!
I don't work in the pipe trades, but if I did I would do all my business through you and would spread the word how great you are to all my buddies.

One suggestion would be to have Metal Supermarkets negotiate and include liftgate service as a standard option with every shipment, whenever applicable. This would help simplify the process and make deliveries more convenient for customers.
