Staff was very helpful and service was quick - I was able to receive my purchase while waiting in the store. One piece was slightly out of tolerance, but a new piece was cut while I waited. There's a great selection of offal on the racks in the store.

Even though I only needed a small amount of metal tubing to use as towel bars for my upcoming bathroom renovation, the guys at the Mentor, OH Metal Supermarket took my request as seriously as if I had asked for 1000 linear feet of metal tubing.
