Ethan was super helpful and patient and getting my toddler a bike helmet, opening all these different color options and making sure we had what we needed. He and the other guy even helped me adjust the balance bike we brought with us (we had just got it used elsewhere) to make sure my kid could ride the bike immediately. I'm not very knowledgeable about bike maintenance but the team at Bike Mart made sure that everything was explained extremely well. Friendly atmosphere that makes you feel like you've been a customer for years the first time you step in the door. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Tommy taking care of our Schwinn. We will definitely be coming back for any future needs.
