I can’t comment on price, because I don’t comparison shop, but I can tell you that the people in the local office I speak with whenever I have a question or issue are all friendly, professional, and helpful. Your drivers are all very nice too.
The one thing I like is that it`s local. But not really. I believe the home office is in New Jersey.

I'm very glad you sent me this as I wanted to reach out and write to your company. I requested propane on Wednesday, 12/4. We had a sufficient amount - around 40%, but I knew it was going to get cold. I included a note on the order that my husband was just released from the hospital after open heart surgery and I was trying to request the propane so it was one less thing I had to think about. That night it snowed. My husband usually plows the driveway, but obviously could not do so. I began shoveling as I knew the propane could be delivered at any time and I wanted it clear for the delivery man. I only got about 1/2 of the driveway done before the snow and wind started again.
A couple of hours later, we saw the Porco truck backed into the driveway and the driver begin to deliver the fuel. I went out to thank him and apologize for the driveway not being totally shoveled. I explained my husband's condition and he says he had read the note on my request and wanted to ensure that the delivery was made promptly. I almost cried. It was so kind of him and this has truly been a stressful time in our lives. I didn't get his name and I wish I had brought him some holiday treats that I had made prior to my husband's hospitalization..
I know people always find the time to complain, but I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated this person's kindness and understanding. This is what should happen in small towns. We should be helping each other. This effort from a member of your staff was so very much appreciated and I hope you can let him know what a difference he made to our lives that day. It was one less thing we had to worry about or keep track of.
