Frankly, I like the Florida, NY office (formerly Yankee Propane) and specifically, Gina who seems to do more than a normal human being should be able to handle. We've been dealing with Yankee / Gina for well over a decade. She has always -- always -- been able to answer any question, resolve any issue or cheerfully respond to any bit of insanity thrown her way. (We specialize in creating and sharing excessive amounts of insanity in our household.) I'm not sure if it's something in the water there or just Gina's personality but she's a keeper.

Timely delivery , so far, and the fact I can lock in the price. I would rather have the delivery person leave the bill in the door instead of on the tank. I didn't see it for 4 days.

I have been with Poco for 15 years or more, Superior was good, what is annoying is they delivered last week , and they left me a bill, then I got two email bills, one in the mail, honestly, its ridiculous, I always paid my bill, no need for reminders!
