To customers, the field employees are the face of your company. Our delivery driver Phil is the best advertising you could have. He's smart, he cares and he's friendly and polite. It's mostly because of Phil that I don't shop around for gas service.

Frankly, I like the Florida, NY office (formerly Yankee Propane) and specifically, Gina who seems to do more than a normal human being should be able to handle. We've been dealing with Yankee / Gina for well over a decade. She has always -- always -- been able to answer any question, resolve any issue or cheerfully respond to any bit of insanity thrown her way. (We specialize in creating and sharing excessive amounts of insanity in our household.) I'm not sure if it's something in the water there or just Gina's personality but she's a keeper.
